These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Alto Sales platform operated by Vol Labs FZCO ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Alto Sales is a B2B platform for managing and following up on tradeshow leads efficiently.

2. User Data and Privacy

We collect and process user data in accordance with our Privacy Policy at https://altosales.com/privacy-policy.

3. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- Vol Labs FZCO, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the past six (6) months, or AED 100, whichever is less.

4. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the DIFC Courts.

5. Updates to Terms
